Really good Staff and Cozy Stay!

The staff were really good, especially during breakfast service. Enjoyed the charming ambiance of the onsite restaurant-great food, warm service! Don't miss trying the local dishes! A great value for the price.

Thoroughly enjoyed its fabulously helpful and very professional staff.

The location was best possible, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a city park. There where a shopping street and a market around the hotel. There were very clean beds and tea and coffee making equipment, multi-channel television, and a seating area inside the room.

I was given king room with a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. The decor was modern and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect and magnificent, to KIZILAY metro station, in the fairly quiet area.

The staff are helpful, especially during breakfast service. The bathroom was quite tiny and cramped.

The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was convenient for the centre of Ankara and 10 minutes walk to the heart of their 'Oxford street' equivalent. Turkish people were friendly and the city impressive for it's cleanliness and high standards.There were also bars that one wouldn't even identify from the outside. A bar called 'Black & White' (walls covered in black & white photo's of stars) famous in Ankara for live blues, rock and pop music Fridays Saturday's and some days midweek.

The hotel is 4*. It would have been nice if the bar was in use during the day. I didn't see it open at night? However this didn't spoil anything as there are plenty of clubs and bars minutes away.

Luxurious hotel, prime location, we booked a guest room and enjoyed it. The restaurant was good with varied menu, we ordered delicious dishes...

Great wi-fi, friendly 24-hour reception. Room was a bit small and lacked an iron.

Our room was fancy and provided with the bar and booming music, as example. The breakfast was delicious with lots of delicacies. The atmosphere created was quiet! The staff were pleasant and exceptionally nice and the location was superior in the 24 hour restaurant.

If you want a quiet room, this is the best place to stay. It is also close to upscale shopping as well as lower cost shopping.

The reception staff showed displeasure when my friends visited. Such a cute environment! The cleaning arrangements were overly complicated. I mean, we're not in a five-star paradise. I almost left a glowing review but woudl ve liked a complimentary gift for the hassle. Disappointed that special treatment was not on the menu, like I expected.

The bathrooms are quite tiny, and some amenities felt minimal, such as toiletries, which may require you to bring your own. Street noise penetrates the windows, especially when the AC is turned off during warm weather, resulting in hotter rooms.

The breakfast here is a total game-changer-fresh dairy products and eggs made to order that'll have your taste buds dancing! Plus, the staff is totally attentive, taking care of your needs and providing a cute vibe. The location is a hop, skip, and jump away from downtown landmarks and eateries.

While the room was a bit on the smaller side, everything was so well-maintained and cozy that it didn't really dampen my experience. It still shined bright with charm and comfort!

Really focusing on personal connections. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh options each day. The ambiance in the lobby created a cozy vibe right from our arrival.
